Thanks to the kind workers at Allegiant Air's Austin office, my recent flight out of Austin went unexpectedly well. To be careful, I got there a little early, and the ticket office welcomed me. The agent was really attentive and explained everything to me when I had queries concerning my boarding pass and bags. Even though the airport was somewhat crowded, what was notable was how composed and courteous everyone was. They didn't rush anyone, yet they handled everyone fast. I particularly valued how easy it was to navigate the airport thanks to the clear signs and instructions. I strongly advise talking to someone at the counter if you need assistance and are traveling on an Allegiant flight from Austin.
