The ESS Utumishi Portal is the official online gateway for Tanzanian government employees to securely access centralized HR services. Managed by the President’s Office Public Service Management and Good Governance (PO-PSMGG) and developed by the e-Government Authority (eGA) Tanzania, the portal enables civil servants to verify their credentials, view and manage payroll information, and access personal employment records.
