I’m getting “Unauthorized” error when trying to create a new submission session.
Background:
- I was able to submit successfully multiple times before without any issues.
- Starting today (Jan 13), I keep getting this error.
- My previous submission (#307457) on Jan 11 failed with message: “Failed to record scores. Please reach out to admins.”
Troubleshooting I’ve tried:
- Regenerated my API key
- Verified API key is correctly set in environment
- Local mode (
--local) works fine
Account info:
- Username: supercwk
- Track: Track 2
Could you please help check my account status? It seems the previous failed submission may have affected my ability to create new sessions.
